Kay is sad, so is mommy

The pick up yesterday was good, I was told she cried less thru out the day and slept for 1.5 hrs at nap. Like Thaddeus, she remained in the "cot" silently and waited for the rest of the class to wake up.
Then this morning, as usual, she was happy to put on her uniform and ready for school. While I was trying to put on the shoes, Thad threw some tantrums and sort of shook Kayla a little; then she didn't wanna wear shoes anymore. She wanted me to carry and refused to leave the house. I reminded her abt the 2 candies and she turned towards her father and said a brief goodbye but 2 steps later she burst into big crying.
I'm so sad...
