our little past week
Some pictures uploaded to satisfy some eye cravings... It's been a really busy week, busy adapting to the new schedule. My day starts at 6am and ends at 11pm.
6am - I cook soup and prepare dinner vegetables or meat or fish for dinner. Marinate or cut, etc.
6.45am - shower and make up, but usually delayed by waking up children asking for milk and telling me abt their reluctance to be in school that day.. and I repeat what I say every other day. "Everyone has a role, we learn in school when we are young and work when we are older...." That normally invite some more fuss... Then the sure go is "if u want to be a good soldier or pilot, you have to start preparing yourself now... Learn as much you can" My little boy has strong aspirations. :)
7.15am - prepare the children for school. Kay will poo every morning and Thaddeus will only do that occasionally.
7.45am - we should have left home but usually there is major delays at putting on shoes. They are spoilt for choice and there might be some dispute on who opens the gate, then off we go to school. Kay in the carrier and Thad walked his way there.
They will be in school before 8.30am and I'll be waiting for my bus to work. It takes me another 40-60 mins to reach China square where my office is and I'll make phone calls and look pretty to receive interviewees until 3pm.
4pm - pick my "motivation" up, the 2 brightly lit faces with their million watt smiles. We walked home at their pace of walking and learning, naming every vehicle on the road.
4.45pm - 5.45pm - cook dinner and occasional hair pulling moments when kids cannot play together and indulge in a scream play. Usually Thad poo at this slot too (how hygienic... The person who cleans him, cooks. Whahaha)
6pm - kids are served dinner.
6.30 pm - shower the rice decorated hair children (sometimes by hus if he back) wash up and cook the 2nd round of dinner. For adults only, stronger taste and may be spicy.
8pm - bed time for kids.
9pm - laundry time.
10pm - designated sleep time.
11pm - usual sleep time.
The above are for Monday to Thursday. I dun cook on Fri, sat and Sundays. But I wake up early on either Saturday or Sunday to do marketing for the week. Cleaning the floor on either of the weekends too. Hmm... I love my blessed life.
That was Kay in crystal's soft toy clothes... She is so small...
