A good start!

i woke up to a good morning, i slept at 9pm after servicing my face with deep moisturising mask... Gotten more the 8 hrs of sleep after a day's work(after 3 hrs sleep and hangover). GREAT!

I just got to the office not long ago from another dental appt. I'm in braces for the 3rd month(started on the 19th Jan 07).
My dentist, Doc Kelvin Koh, took out the mold of my teeth and he was quite surprised and he told me, “look, your teeth has straighten a lot.” I was told that adult teeth usually took a longer time to shape, I’m glad my teeth hasn’t grow as old as they should be.
While the wire-changing process tdy was
very painful. Cos it’s a thicker wire and stuffing it into the molar brackets requires a bit of strength. I could feel blood in my mouth due to the tugging and pushing. Kelvin remained composed, So I thought it might not be a big problem, when he instructed me to rinse my mouth so that he could cut away the excess wire.
I did as I was told, the amount of blood I spat was alarming. Like I just did an extraction… It’s all good now. The modules now are
purple in colour. very strong purple cos I hate the bands change colour after curries. Btw, I work for Cadbury Schweppes… that’s why I draw the link.

A reward for a simple gesture

On my way back to office, at the train station, there’s an old lady who’s troubled by osteoporosis (bad hunch). She’s walking with a stick towards the stairs cos the escalator is a up-riding one, so I walked up to her and said in hokkien, why dun you take the lift(elevator) which at the middle of the platform. She was touched by that gesture of mine, she kept saying “thank you for your kind heart”…
Deep down inside I felt good and I know that the elders love kind “youngsters”. Though I’m not longer young, they still think we’re youngster cos we dun hold a kid in hand, wears noisy heels and coloured hair. Hee.
So I would wanna encourage other youngsters to be kind and courteous to the elders, they WILL make your day!!!
